Two Circles: acquisition of Sports Ink, its director Paul Williamson becomes director of the agency

Two Circles has acquired Sports Ink Ltd, a British company specializing in pricing methods to optimize ticketing, the British marketing research agency announced on 18/01/2021. "Sports Ink founder Paul Williamson will join Two Circles as a full-time director."

"Two Circles will also take on all existing Sports Ink clients and projects, which include the 2022 FIFA World Cup (Qatar) and 2022 Commonwealth Games (in Birmingham)," explained the agency in which Bruin Sports Capital, an American investment fund specializing in sports, acquired a majority stake on 16/12/2019.

Two Circles acquired TRM Partners, a British agency specializing in the sale of sports rights, on 17/11/2020. This acquisition resulted in the creation of a dedicated rights management department within Two Circles, led by Harry Horsley and Leo Thompson (co-founders of TRM).
