Premier League: Hummel succeeds Under Armour as equipment supplier of Southampton FC (2021-2026)

Hummel has become the official equipment supplier of Southampton FC (Premier League) from 2021-22, announced the English club on 18/01/2021. The agreement will last for five seasons (2021-2026) according to British media the same day.

"As the club's official kit supplier, Hummel will design and develop match, training and travel wear across the club's men's, women's and academy teams, along with a comprehensive retail offering,"  said Southampton FC.

The agreement will take effect from the 2021-22 season, with the English club having reached an agreement with its current equipment supplier Under Armour "to end its existing partnership at the end of the 2020-21 season, following Under Armour's shift in marketing strategies." Under Amour has been the English club's equipment supplier since 2016-17, as part of a deal worth £4m (€4.7m) per season.
