LFP TV rights: league launches a call for tenders for the Mediapro lots (results on 01/02/2021)

The Ligue de Football Professionnel is launching two "market consultations" concerning the audiovisual rights for both the Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT, on 19/01/2021. These consultations relate to the use of the rights initially allocated to Mediapro for the remainder of the 2020-21 season (starting from 05/02/2021, two days before the Olympique de Marseille - Paris Saint-Germain fixture, Mathchday 24), as well as for the entirety of the 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.

"According to the terms of the consultation organised by the LFP, the consultation document can be sent electronically on request sent by e-mail before 21/01/2021 to the president of the LFP, Vincent Labrune, at the following address: consultation@lfp.fr. Offers must be submitted on Monday 01/02/2021 between 10:00 (CET) and noon in person at the LFP head office located at 6 rue Léo Delibes, 75016 Paris (FRA)," said the LFP.

A modification has been made to the lots that were initially awarded to Mediapro on 29/05/2018 since lots 2 and 4 are now merged into the same lot, B, in this new tender (see details…
