AC Milan: regional partnerships for Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Russia and the CIS

Fonbet (ФОНБЕТ), a Russian sports betting operator, has become a regional partner of AC Milan (Serie A TIM) for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) from 2020-21, announced the club on 26/01/2021.

As a regional partner (sixth level), Fonbet will be displayed on the signage at the San Siro solely for the Russian and CIS markets thanks to a digital overlay advertising system. AC Milan also has another betting partner for the Asian market (Yabo Sports). Since 2019-20 Italian clubs can no longer advertise gambling in the Italian market. Fonbet also became a regional partner of Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) from 2020-21 on 22/01/2021.

The Italian club is thus stepping up its regional sponsorship programme. AC Milan also welcomed Jeeny (car sharing application) among its regional partners on 25/01/2021. This multi-year agreement, which begins in 2020-21, covers the markets of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
