France: Téléfoot (Mediapro) to continue broadcasting Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 until at least 03/02/2021

The Téléfoot channel will continue to broadcast Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT at least until 03/02/2021 (Matchday 23 for both championships), according to information from Agence France-Presse on 29/01/2021.

The LFP launched two two "market consultations" concerning the audiovisual rights for both the Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT, on 19/01/2021. These consultations relate to the use of the rights initially allocated to Mediapro for the remainder of the 2020-21 season (starting from 05/02/2021, two days before the Olympique de Marseille - Paris Saint-Germain fixture, Mathchday 24), as well as for the entirety of the 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. Offers must be submitted on Monday 01/02/2021 between 10:00 and noon (CET) in person at the LFP head office located at 6 rue Léo Delibes, 75016 Paris (FRA)," said the LFP.
