AS Roma: launch of the "One Goal" campaign for young people with Down's Syndrome

AS Roma (Serie A TIM), through its foundation Roma Cares, is partnering with the Italian Association for people with Down's syndrome (AIPD) via the One Goal campaign. "The aim of the campaign is to help raise awareness and assistance for the social and workplace integration of young people with Down's Syndrome - by creating funding for training courses that will allow individuals to reach those goals," said the Italian club on 26/01/2021.

"The ongoing pandemic has not only upset our lives, but it has taken attention away from the needs of so many young people with Down's Syndrome. It is for this reason that we decided to launch this campaign. As a club we always try to help those in difficulty: not just through direct action but also, as in this case, by using our platform to raise awareness and attention," said Francesco Calvo, chief operating officer at AS Roma.
