Italy/TV Rights: Lega B launches a call for tenders for the domestic TV rights to the Serie BKT

"The Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie B invites all communications operators and/or independent intermediaries and/or distributors of audiovisual products interested in participating in the procedures relating to the assignment of audiovisual rights for the Serie BKT matches in the 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 sporting seasons, to a market consultation aimed at understanding and analysing the different positions regarding market dynamics and developments," announced the Italian League, concerning its domestic TV rights, on 29/01/2021.

"Each participant must sign up by sending a notice to the following e-mail address: presidenza@legab.itentro by 18:00 CET on 08/02/2021. The LNPB will prepare the resulting calendar of meetings," continued the Italian body in charge of the football second division.

"All individual consultations with each of the participants shall take place by video-conference via a dedicated link set up by the LNPB with solely the interested party concerned," added the League.
