FIFA: QNB Group becomes an official bank and regional supporter of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar

QNB Group, has become the "official Qatari bank" and regional supporter of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, announced FIFA on 03/02/2021. The competition will take place in the emirate from 21/11 to 18/12/2022.

QNB Group has the status of regional supporter, the third level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the 22^nd edition of the World Cup. It is the second company to obtain this status for the next World Cup, after GWC, a Qatari company specialised in logistics. The agreement between FIFA and QNG Group covers the Middle East and Africa.

"As an official Middle East and Africa supporter of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, QNB will be granted various assets and rights across the region, as well as branding exposure in the host cities. The group has an extensive network of ATMs and locations and will be the sole provider of on-site ATMs at all eight FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums," explained FIFA.
