The U.S. beverage producer Coca-Cola is the 2014 World Cup's most represented brand, with 12 out of the 32 teams under contract. Among the company's partners are the French, Argentine and German Federations, and it is also an official sponsor of the 2014 World Cup. Its contract with FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football) is estimated at €12m. The parties are under contract since 1978.

Samsung (electronics, South Korea), Volkswagen (automaker, Germany) and Gillette (care products, United States) all share second place with six partnerships with selections each. Volkswagen, partnered with Brazil, Russia, Argentina and the Netherlands, will continue to push its international strategy in football; as it is said that in July 2014 the German company will formalise its partnership with the FFF (French Football Federation) for the period 2014-2018. That contract is estimated at €5.5m per year.
