United States: Starbucks (coffee shops), partner of OL Reign (NWSL) from 2021

Starbucks, an American chain of coffee shops based in Seattle (Washington State, USA), has become an official sponsor of OL Reign (NWSL) from the 2021 season, announced the club based in Tacoma (southern suburb of Seattle), on 04/02/2021.

"Starbucks will serve as the presenting partner of OL Reign's 'Legends Campaign'. The Legends Campaign, which was launched in 2016, is a celebration of female leaders in the Pacific Northwest," said the franchise that was acquired by OL Groupe for $3.51m (€3.15m, see below) on 19/12/2019.

"Prior to each of OL Reign's home matches, the club recognizes a female leader in recognition of her extraordinary contributions to our community and beyond. Reign Legends are selected from corporate, non-profit, academic, athletic, and civic organizations with a presence in or ties to the Pacific Northwest. Each Legend has made a lasting impact in their respective field or discipline," explained the club.
