Serie A TIM: Hellas Verona opens its first academy in Argentina, in Ciudad Evita (Buenos Aires)

Hellas Verona FC (Serie A TIM) has opened its very first academy in Argentina by entering into a partnership with the club Sportivo Italiano (Primera C Metropolitano, 4^th division), based in Ciudad Evita (a city located in Greater Buenos Aires), announced the Italian club on 09/02/2021.

"This is an important opportunity for cultural and footballing exchanges that will include, when possible, meetings and comparisons between the two clubs, especially at youth sector level and in their approach to training," said Hellas Verona.

"First of all we would like to express our pride at having signed one of the first agreements between a South American and a European club. We have a tremendous desire to collaborate with Verona, and we are hoping to meet as soon as possible," said Tony Amerise, president of Sportivo Italiano.
