Ligue 1 Uber Eats: AS Monaco, the first club to open an account on the Japanese social network Line

AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) is launching its official account on the Line instant messaging application, "one of the most used social platforms in Japan", announced the Monegasque club on 18/02/2021. AS Monaco is the first Ligue 1 club to join this Japanese social network.

"Created in 2011, Line has transformed in a few years into a global application that has become essential in Asia. This new content will be edited and published in Japanese. This launch is part of AS Monaco's digital acceleration strategy aimed at to develop its presence, to reach a wider audience, to offer fan-centric content and foster engagement. This is accompanied by the launch of a Facebook page and a Twitter account in Indonesian, reinforcing thus the visibility of the club in Asia," indicated the club.
