Guillaume de Monplanet has been appointed managing director and co-CEO of Team Vitality, announced the French organization specializing in esports on 11/03/2021. Guillaume de Monplanet will therefore support Nicolas Maurer, co-founder and co-CEO of Team Vitality.

Guillaume joins the French team after more than 20 years of experience in the sports and lifestyle industries, notably at adidas and Reebok. "A leading sports organization, Team Vitality has chosen Guillaume to achieve its goals of global expansion with anchor points already established in India and Germany," explained the esports organization.

"Guillaume's arrival at Team Vitality marks his entry into the esports industry," said Team Vitality. Guillaume de Monplanet was CEO of adidas France between 2015 and 2020 (with adidas since 2012). From 2007 to 2012, he was director of the Reebok brand in France (a subsidiary of the German group).
