Formula 1: DHL (GER) extends as "official logistics partner” from 2021

Deutsche Post DHL Group, the German express delivery and logistics group, has extended as global partner of Formula One Group from 2021 as part of a multi-year agreement, announced the body on 15/03/2021.

DHL has been the "official logistics partner" of the Formula One World Championship since 2004. DHL will "increase trackside branding across the season, whilst continuing to feature prominently in the pit lane above the garages to support their involvement with the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award and the DHL Fastest Lap Award," explained Formula One.

"This year they (DHL) will be transporting transmission technology, equipment, cars and fuel for the racing teams to 23 destinations as the sport embarks on the longest season in its history. This year, drivers, teams and DHL’s logistics crew will also face the special challenge of three triple headers, where three races are held over three consecutive weekends," explained the body, whose 2021 season begins with the Bahrain Grand Prix on the weekend of 26/03/2021.
