Champions League: Real Madrid - Atalanta draws 5.1 million viewers in Italy and 973,000 in Spain

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) - Atalanta BC (Serie A TIM) the second leg Round of 16 match of the 2020-21 Champions League (3-1, 4-1 over the two matches, Real proceed to the quarterfinals), drew an average of 4.289 million viewers, on the Italian free and private TV channel Canale 5 (Mediaset group), on Tuesday 16/03/2021 (kick-off at 21:00 CET). This figure represented an audience share of 15.7%, which ranked the Mediaset channel second in the Italian audiovisual market at prime time on 16/03/2021.

In addition to the Canale 5 viewers, were viewers of the pay-TV operator Sky Italia (870,000; audience share: 3.2%), for a total of 5.16 million viewers in Italy and a cumulative audience share of 18.9%.

In Spain, the match drew 973,000 viewers on the Movistar (Telefonica group) pay-TV package. Audience share: 5.7%.
