Serie A TIM: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter statements of the 20 clubs (April 2021)

The 20 clubs competing in the 2020-21 Serie A TIM season total more than 221 million fans on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 01/04/2020. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these three social networks combined, behind LaLiga Santander and the Premier League, with an average of over 11 million fans per club.

With more than 101 million fans across the three social networks, Juventus FC is the most popular Italian club ahead of AC Milan (42 million) and FC Inter Milan (36 million).

Juventus posted the best growth in absolute value on each of the three social networks during the month of March 2021, with over 1.2 million additional fans in total, including 64.5% (+767,149 followers) on Instagram alone. On this social network, only FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander, +1.6 million followers, including 1.1 million on Instagram) performed better among the clubs of the European Top 5 leagues during the period.
