Racing launched, on 09/04/2021, a joint esports team on FIFA 21 with the specialised French organisation Team Vitality in order to take part in the 2021 season of eLigue 1, a competition organised by the LFP.

"Few are the clubs which manage to build profitability in esports. Through its history, Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace is used to leading fairly reasoned approaches in terms of investment.
