SSC Napoli: Konami, official video game partner and training centre naming rights holder (2021-2023)

Konami, a Japanese video game publisher, has become an official partner of SSC Napoli (Serie A TIM) for two seasons (2021-2023), announced the club on 28/04/2021.

From 2021-22, Konami will hold the exclusive license to the club's assets (logo, digitization of players, stadium, etc.) to integrate them into its eFootball PES football video game. "The eFootball PES series will be the only real-time football simulation game to include an authentic, fully licensed recreation of Napoli," specified the club, which will therefore no longer be available under this name in FIFA 21 (published by EA Sports).

As part of the agreement, Konami will also become the title sponsor of the club's training centre from 01/07/2021. The facility based in Castel Volturno (Campania, ITA) will therefore take the name of "SSC Napoli Konami Training Center".
