Video games: adidas presents a virtual Olympique Lyonnais shirt available on FIFA 21 (EA Sport)

adidas and Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) have presented the "Rio" a virtual shirt, and the club's 4^th kit for 2020-21, available exclusively on the FIFA 21 video game (published by EA Sports) on 28/04/2021. This virtual shirt will not be available in physical form.

"In February 2021, Olympique Lyonnais invited its fans to vote for the club's 4^th shirt. Four match kits celebrating the union between Brazil and OL were created by two Lyonnais designers, fans of the club. These were then put to a vote on social networks. With familiar colours, a modern design and a touch of festivity, it was the Rio virtual shirt that was ultimately chosen by the fans," explained the French club.

adidas, equipment supplier of the Lyon club from 2010 until 2025, previously launched a similar operation on the FIFA 20 game for the 4^th shirt of Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) on 02/12/2019.

In previous seasons, virtual shirts of four football clubs were also launched by adidas on FIFA 18 and FIFA 19 (Real Madrid CF, Manchester United FC, FC Bayern Munich and Juventus FC). For their second…
