LaLiga Santander: Minerva (insurance broker), regional partner of Real Betis in Africa from 2021

Minerva Risk Advisors, a Zimbabwean insurance broker, has become a regional partner of Real Betis Balompié (LaLiga Santander) in Africa from 2021, announced the Spanish club on 28/04/2021.

Minerva Risk Advisors has the status of regional partner, the fourth level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Sevillian club. "This partnership will amplify the Minerva brand onto the world stage as they increase their operations outside Zimbabwe. Real Betis have a high viewership and social media presence which Minerva will tap into, specifically geotargeting Africa," said the club.

"We are pleased for this union with Minerva. This company shares many values with our club and is perfect to propel our presence in Zimbabwe and Africa," said Ramón Alarcón, general business manager of Real Betis. The Spanish club already opened an academy in Zimbabwe in August 2020, and also launched a joint socio-educational project with LaLiga at an academy in Tanzania, on 09/03/2021.
