Chinese Super League: Mediapro acquires international media rights for 3 seasons (2021-2023)

Mediapro has acquired the international media rights to the Chinese Super League, China League One (2^nd division) and China League Two (3^rd division), for the 2021-2023 cycle (three seasons, with an option for two additional seasons), from the Chinese Football Association, announced the Chinese-Spanish audiovisual group on 30/04/2021

"One of the most prominent international projects will be the creation of an OTT platform to bring Chinese football closer to fans around the world and become the new home of Chinese football," said Mediapro.

"We are very proud of the trust the Chinese Football Association has placed in us. The group's experience in sports rights management will be key to boosting the value of their competitions," said Jaume Roures, president and founder of Mediapro.
