esports/Germany: DFB e-Pokal finals on the free-TV channel ProSieben Maxx

The finals of the first edition of the DFB-ePokal, the official esports competition of the German Football Association played on the FIFA 21 video game (EA Sports), will be broadcast from 06 to 09/05/2021 on the free-to-air channel ProSieben Maxx (ProSiebenSat.1 group), announced the DFB on 28/04/2021.

The German free and pay TV group will live broadcast and commentate 13 hours of the competition on 06 and 07/05/2021 (from 17:00 to 20:15 CET) and 08 and 09/05/2021 (from 12:00 to 15:30 CET), including the final. All matches from the main round onwards will be broadcast on the OTT platform esports.com, a subsidiary of the ProSiebenSat.1 group. The DFB will also broadcast 20 hours of the competition via its official channel on the streaming platform Twitch.
