UEFA has redistributed a total of €1.922bn to the clubs that participated in the 2019-20 edition of the Champions League, according to the European body's Financial Report, published on 20/04/2021 (available to download).

Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), finalists in 2020, received the highest amount (€126.8m), ahead of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga, €125.5m), despite the German club winning the competition 1-0. In terms of the UEFA 10-year coefficient rankings (which account for 30% of the total paid out, see below), the Parisian club was ahead of Bayern (with a difference of €5.54m on this criterion). However, the Parisian club benefited from a more lucrative market pool (this criterion accounts for 15% of the total) and thus earned almost €13m more than Bayern in this respect. FC Barcelona, eliminated in the semi-finals, was the only other club to have earned over €100m in revenue (€100.2m).

Manchester City FC and Chelsea FC (Premier League), the 2020-21 Champions League finalists, received €94.7m and €81.9m respectively for their 2019-20 campaigns.
