Europa League: Manchester United financing 50% of their fans' trip to Poland for the final

Manchester United FC (Premier League) will cover more than 50% of the cost of the flight + match ticket packages made available to its supporters for the 2020-21 Europa League final versus Villarreal CF (LaLiga Santander) at the Energa Stadium (Gdansk, Poland) on Wednesday 26/05/2021 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), announced the English club on 07/05/2021

"2,000 United supporters will be able to attend the final in Poland as part of the long-awaited return of fans to stadiums after a year-long absence due to the pandemic. To reward travelling fans, United will make a contribution of £200 (€232) per person towards any supporter who books an official travel package. The subsidy, which will cover over 50% of the package price, is a goodwill gesture for the dedicated fans who will travel to Gdańsk via the official flights," explained Manchester United.
