France: beIN Sports 1 to broadcast all 51 Euro 2020 matches and dedicated coverage 24 hours a day

The beIN Sports 1 pay-TV channel will be dedicated to Euro 2020 24 hours a day for the duration of the competition and will broadcast all 51 matches in France from 11/06 to 11/07/2021, announced Florent Houzot, programs and on-air director at beIN Sports France, during a videoconference to present the group's plans for Euro 2020, on 11/05/2021, one month before the start of the tournament, which will be held in 11 European cities.

beIN Sports acquired the rights to broadcast all 51 Euro 2020 (postponed to 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic) matches in France, including 28 exclusively on 07/01/2020. 23 matches will be broadcast free-to-air on the free and private TV channels TF1 (12) and M6 (11 including the final, see details below). beIN Sorts France has been broadcasting the UEFA Euro since 2012 and the FIFA World Cup since 2014.

The matches will be broadcast in ultra high definition (UHD) via beIN Sports 4K and the pay-TV group is introducing two new features, via its additional beIN Max channels, as opposed to its usual broadcasting arrangements for these major competitions:
