Coppa Italia: TIMVision (telecoms) acquires naming rights for the 2021 final

Telecom Italia (TIM), an Italian telecommunications operator, has extended its partnership with the Lega Serie A and will once again be the title sponsor of the Coppa Italia final in 2021, announced the body on 13/05/2021. The competition did not have a title sponsor in 2020-21.

The final will be named the "TIMVision Cup", after TIM, the streaming platform dedicated to entertainment and sport. The final between Atalanta BC and Juventus FC will be played at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia (ITA) on 19/05/2021.

In 2020, the Coppa Italia was sponsored by the US beverage company The Coca-Cola Company under the name "Coppa Italia Coca-Cola" in a deal worth an estimated €5m.

The Italian telecommunications operator Telecom Italia had previously extended its partnership with the Lega Serie A and returned as title partner of the Coppa Italia, the "TIM Cup", ahead of the 2018-19 second leg semi-finals on 23/04/2019.
