UEFA: Euronics (electronics) to partner UEFA's women's competitions until 2024-25

Euronics, a Dutch group specialised in the retail of electronic equipment and household appliances, has become a partner of UEFA Women's Football for four seasons (2021-2025), announced the European body on 20/05/2021.

The partnership for women's football in Europe covers the Champions League, Euro 2021 (to be played in England in 2022), the European U19 and U17 Championships and the Futsal Euro. Euronics will also support the "UEFA's Together #WePlayStrong programme, which is aimed at encouraging more girls and women to play football."

"The partnership will give 22 international Euronics Group members the chance to support UEFA women’s football in each of their local markets. The basis of the partnership is the shared belief in the enormous potential of women's football. For the duration of this four-year commitment, the Euronics Group aims to support the growth of the game by backing UEFA’s plan to cement football as the leading women’s team sport in Europe," explained the body.
