European Top 5: European Cup qualifiers, promotions and relegations as of 31/05/2021

The Bundesliga, LaLiga Santander, Serie A TIM, Ligue 1 Uber Eats and the Premier League came to an end last weekend and most of the sporting outcomes were decided, but there were still some uncertainties regarding promotions to the top flight.

Brentford FC have been promoted to the Premier League for the first time in the club's history, 1. FC Köln retain their place in the Bundesliga after victory in the play-offs versus Kieler SV Holstein (3^rd in the 2.Bundesliga), FC Nantes remain in Ligue 1 after a two-legged tie with Toulouse FC (Ligue 2 BKT), and Rayo Vallecano de Madrid have qualified for the LaLiga SmartBank play-offs.
