Fan experience: FIFA launches the "Fan Experience Panel" with 25 supporters from 17 countries

FIFA has created a "Fan Experience Panel" made up of 25 fans from 17 countries and six continents "that will be continuously consulted to help enhance the football experience on and off the pitch leading up to major tournaments and events," announced the international federation on 02/06/2021.

"The group, which emerged from the FIFA 'Fan Movement' (see below), will be providing valuable input into the development and refinement cycle of various technology-led innovations. It will work in partnership with FIFA's football technology and innovation team and in line with The Vision 2020-2023 (document available to download), which details FIFA's commitment to harnessing technology to improve the game and the experience of football fans," explained the global body.
