The Luxembourg-based investment firm CVC Capital Partners is in talks with the ATP and WTA to acquire a 15% stake in One Tennis, a new entity combining men's and women's tennis, according to the British daily The Financial Times on 07/06/2021. The deal is reported to be worth $600m (€492m).
