Bundesliga: FB88.com (betting) extends as sleeve sponsor of FSV Mainz 05 for 2021-22

FB88.com, a Vietnamese sports betting operator, has extended as a partner and sleeve sponsor of FSV Mainz 05 (Bundesliga) for the 2021-22 season, announced the German club announced on 18/06/2021. The agreement was negotiated by Infront, the exclusive marketing agency of FSV Mainz for the 2015-2031 period.

In addition to having the status of 'sleeve sponsor' (third level), FB88.com is also the club's regional partner in Asia. "The betting provider is only targeting the Asian market," said FSV Mainz, as FB88.com is not available on the German market. The bookmaker will continue to benefit from visibility on signage at the Opel Arena (34,000 capacity) as well as marketing rights. The agreement is valued at €1.2m.

In 2020-21, FB88.com succeeded another Asian sports betting operator, QQ288 (beloning to the Philippine group PAGCOR), as the German club's sleeve sponsor from 18/12/2018 until the end of 2019-20.
