Switzerland: public TV group SRG SSR acquires UEFA's TV rights including Euro 2024 and 2028

"SRG and UEFA have extended their contractual partnership until 2028. With this agreement, SRG has secured the broadcasting rights for all matches of the Swiss men's team, all parts of UEFA Euro 2024 and UEFA Euro 2028 and a selection of other international matches without Swiss participation. SRG has also concluded a cooperation agreement (sublicense) with CH Media," announced the Swiss public TV group SRG SSR, on 24/06/2021.

The agreement includes:
- all Euro 2024 and Euro 2028 matches
- all international matches of the Swiss national team - including European Championship and World Cup qualifiers, Nations League and friendlies - for the 2022-23 to 2027-28 seasons
- the 2023, 2025 and 2027 Nations League finals,
- 30 international matches without Swiss participation - including European Championship and World Cup qualifiers, the Nations League and friendlies - until the end of the 2027-28 season, per two-year cycle.
