Altice France: Alain Weill resigns as chairman and CEO and is replaced by G. Rabuel and A. Dreyfuss

Alain Weill will leave his position as chairman and CEO of Altice France, chairman and CEO of SFR and chairman of Altice Media on 01/07/2021, announced the telecommunications and media group on 25/06/2021.

Grégory Rabuel, currently CEO of SFR, becomes CEO of Altice France and CEO of SFR. Arthur Dreyfuss, currently CEO of Altice Media and secretary general of Altice France-SFR, becomes CEO of Altice Media and secretary general of Altice France-SFR.

"The handover is assured, with Grégory Rabuel at the helm of telecommunications and Arthur Dreyfuss at the helm of media... As for me, I will obviously miss you. But I will never be very far from the group and from Patrick Drahi. I will launch and implement new projects; an act III, in media and digital. In this respect, I am still associated with the Altice group, which is a shareholder in L'Express, which I am working to relaunch. This is just the beginning!" said Alain Weill.
