France: launch of the "Copa Coca-Cola" the FFF's first amateur futsal competition

Coca-Cola France, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, has activated its partnership with the French Football Federation and become the sponsor of the first edition of the "Copa Coca-Cola", the first competition for amateur futsal clubs, announced the FFF on 30/06/2021.

"This new futsal competition for all amateur clubs (free, futsal, company and leisure), both male and female, celebrates the return to the sport throughout the territory and promotes futsal, one of the rising practices of football," said the FFF. Coca-Cola has been an official partner (third level) of the Federation and the French national team since 1998.

"The final of this competition will take place on 19/09/2021 at the National Football Centre in Clairefontaine, where the French teams are based. A number of prizes will be distributed during the regional phases, with Coca-Cola being associated with this solidarity and civic action by rewarding the winning men's and women's teams of the tournament, in order to help them finance their various projects," explained the FFF.
