UEFA/Club Financial Control Body: new rules and members of the First Chamber and Appeals Chamber

The UEFA Executive Committee approved the new procedural rules governing the UEFA Club Financial Control Body on 28/06/2021, which entered into force on 01/07/2021 (document available to download).

"Further to the regulatory changes adopted by the UEFA Executive Committee, the following new members were appointed to the CFCB First Chamber and Appeals Chamber for a term of office from 01/07/2021 to 30/06/2023 (2 years)," said UEFA.

Among the new appointments were Sunil Gulati (IND/USA) former president of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), as chairman of the First Chamber and Didier Poracchia (FRA), associate professor of law and professor at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as chairman of the Appeals Chamber.
