Euro 2020: Italy - Spain draws 19.7 million viewers in Italy and 8.47 million on TF1 (FRA)

Italy - Spain (1-1, 4-2 on penalties), semi-final of Euro 2020 played at Wembley (London, ENG) in front of 57,811 spectators, drew an average of 17.414 million viewers on the Italian public TV channel Rai 1, and 2.287 million on the Italian pay TV channel Sky Sport, on Tuesday 06/07/2021 (kick-off at 20:00 BST, 21:00 CET). These figures represented audience shares of 67.5% and 9% respectively. Cumulative audience share: 76.5%.

• In Spain, on the free and private TV channel Telecinco (Mediaset España) the match drew:
- 11.487 million viewers during regular time. Audience share: 66.1%.
- 13.175 million during extra time. Audience share: 69%.
- 13.836 million during penalties. Audience share: 72.8%.

• France: an average of 8.47 million viewers the free and private TV channel TF1, according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie. Audience share: 41.4%. The match was also broadcast on the pay-TV channel beIN Sports 1.

• Germany: 14.59 million viewers on the public TV channel ARD. Audience share: 52.4%.
