Bastille Day, a French national holiday celebrated each year to commemorate the Storming of the Bastille (a medieval fortress in Paris, which became a prison for upper-class members of French society who opposed King Louis XIV and was later used by Louis XV and XVI to hold prisoners from varied backgrounds) during the French Revolution on 14/07/1789, as well as the Fête de la Fédération, the first holiday held throughout France in 1790 in honour of the French Revolution, will take place tomorrow, Wednesday 14/07/2020.

As a company based in France, News Tank Football, will therefore not be publishing any articles tomorrow. We wish all our subscribers from French clubs, Leagues and Federations a bonne fête nationale!

To mark the occasion, take the time to look back at some recent articles published by News Tank Football that are dedicated to France and in particular French football.
