FFF: composition of the French National men's, women's, futsal and youth divisions in 2021-22

The composition of the groups for the men's, women's, futsal and youth national leagues in France for the 2021-22 season were communicated by the FFF on 15/07/2021, after validation on the same day by the executive board of the Ligue du Football Amateur (LFA).

The clubs that have been granted access to the leagues in application of the decision of the French Federation's executive committee and placed under the control of the DNCG, remain subject to the validation of their budget by the latter, explained the FFF.

Two principles guided the choices made by the FFF executive committee, at its meeting on 13/07/2021, to establish the composition of the championships:
• The reinstatement of the relegated teams at the end of the 2020-21 season, with the exception of the last ranked team, which cannot be reinstated (articles 5 and 6 of National 1, D1 Arkema and D1 Futsal).
• The promotion of the best club from the lower division at the end of the last approved ranking, that of the 2019-20 season.
