Austrian Bundesliga: Sky Sport Austria extends broadcasting rights (2022-2026)

The pay-TV group Sky Sport Austria (a subsidiary of Sky Deutschland) has extended its exclusive broadcasting rights to the Österreichische Fußball-Bundesliga (renamed Admiral Bundesliga from the 2021-22 season onwards) for the 2022-2026 cycle, on 19/07/2021. The group initially acquired these rights on an exclusive basis (195 matches per season) for the 2018-2022 cycle, on 31/10/2017.

Sky Sport Austria is also extending the production rights to the international signal of the Austrian league over the 2022-2026 period.

Sky Sport Austria also holds the broadcasting rights to the European Cups (2021-2024 cycle), and via its parent company Sky Deutschland, the rights to 200 matches out of 306 Bundesliga matches per season (2021-2025 cycle) as well as the rights to the Premier League (until 2024-25).
