2021-22 Ligue 1 Uber Eats: the LFP announces TV schedule for Matchday 1 with Troyes - PSG on Canal+

The LFP has announced the full TV schedule for Matchday 1 of the 2021-22 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season, on 21/07/2021.

Two matches, ESTAC Troyes - Paris Saint-Germain (Saturday 07/08/2021 at 21:00 CET) and FC Metz - LOSC Lille (Sunday 08/08/2021 at 17:00), are scheduled to be broadcast on Canal+, even though the pay-TV group had announced that it was "withdrawing from Ligue 1", following the awarding of the lots formerly held by Mediapro to Amazon, on 11/06/2021. The decision of the Commercial Court of Nanterre in the case between the pay-TV group beIN Sports France and the pay-TV group Canal+, for the payment of Lot 3 of the broadcasting rights to the Ligue 1 Uber Eats, is expected on Friday 23/07/2021 at 16:00 (see below).

The other eight games on Matchday 1 are scheduled to be broadcast on the new Prime Video Ligue 1 channel. AS Monaco FC - FC Nantes will be the first match to be broadcast on Amazon's platform, on Friday 06/08/2021 at 21:00 (it was also the first top flight match ever broadcast by Canal+, on 09/11/1984).
