Italy: 2020 Activity Report, from the fight against Covid to the Azzurri's victory at Euro 2020

"From the introduction of medical protocols to the economic support programme for the entire football system, the 2020 Activity Report summarises all the programmes implemented by the Federation to overcome the health emergency. "The year 2020 was in fact characterised by the significant impact produced by the health emergency related to the Covid-19 epidemic, which generated a significant socio-economic backlash on all strategic sectors, including the sports sector and the football sector in particular. The main consequences as of March 2020: the prolonged interruption of the 2019-20 football season, which then resulted in the cancellation and definitive stop of all football competitions organised under the aegis of the Federation, with the sole exception of…
