Sky Italia: Andrea Duilio (Vodafone) named new CEO effective from 06/09/2021

Andrea Duilio (47), consumer business unit director for the telecommuncations operator Vodafone Italia, has been appointed as CEO of Sky Italia and will take up his new position on 06/09/2021, announced the Italian pay-TV operator on 26/07/2021.

Andrea Duilio, who has been with Vodafone Italia for 22 years, will succeed Maximo Ibarra who resigned in April 2021.

He will report to Stephen van Rooyen, CEO of Sky's UK and European operations. "Duilio's experience will give an important push to the innovation and growth of Sky Italia, completing the transition towards a leaner and integrated business model with the group," said Stephan van Rooyen.
