Rugby: Ineos (chemicals), partner of New Zealand Rugby for six years from 2022

Ineos, a company specialised in the chemical sector, will become the "official performance partner" of New Zealand Rugby for six years from 2022, according to the rugby federation on 27/07/2021. "Ineos will appear on the back of the playing shorts and on the front of the training jersey for each of NZR's teams." The agreement will be worth around NZ$8m (US$5.6m) per year, according to media reports in New Zealand.

"The performance partnership will see NZR's teams in black including the All Blacks and Black Ferns join Ineos Sport teams; Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team; Ineos Grenadiers (UCI WorldTour) cycling team; Ineos TEAM UK sailing team; and football clubs OGC Nice (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) and FC Lausanne-Sport (Credit Suisse Super League as part of a unique sport performance group," explained the federation.
