Serie A TIM: ACF Fiorentina launches an NFT collection to celebrate its 95^th anniversary

ACF Fiorentina (Serie A TIM) has joined forces with the platform Genuino (blockchain, ITA) to launch "VIOLA 9.5", a project that will offer fans "the possibility of collecting and exchanging NFTs that can be matched to physical objects, thus proposing a revolutionary model of fan engagement," announced the club on the occasion of its 95^th anniversary on 30/07/2021.

"While NFTs have spread as digital assets, created on blockchain platforms in the form of tokens and representing unique and non-fungible objects, Fiorentina's NFTs are characterised by their exceptional ability to connect the digital and physical dimensions," said the Italian club. More specifically, through the Genuino marketplace, fans will be able to purchase shirts worn on the pitch, exclusive experiences, limited edition products and original works of art, authenticated thanks to blockchain and IoT (Internet of Things) technology.
