Bundesliga: Volkswagen and Porsche extend as partners of RB Leipzig for 3 years (2021-2024)

German car manufacturer Volkswagen AG and Porsche Leipzig GmbH, a factory belonging to the Volkswagen Group, have extended their partnership with RB Leipzig (Bundesliga) for three additional seasons (2021-2024) on 30/07/2021.

Volkswagen and Porsche, partners of RB Leipzig since 2014-15, have the status of "exclusive partner", the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the German club. Volkswagen remains the "official mobility partner" and Porsche the "strategic youth partner" of RB Leipzig (sleeve sponsor of the U15 to U19 teams). "The cooperation with Volkswagen will also focus more strongly on the topic of electromobility (e-mobility) in the future," explained the club.

Volkswagen will continue to benefit from visibility on signage at the Red Bull Arena (42,959 capacity) as well as on the club's various communication platforms. The brand supplies vehicles for RB Leipzig's players, staff and administrative personnel via the local Volkswagen Automobile Leipzig dealership.
