Premier League: YO·GYM (CHN), regional fitness partner of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC from 2021-22

YO·GYM, a sports and fitness facility based in Shenzhen (Guangdong province, China), has become the official "regional fitness partner" (first level) of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC (Premier League) from the 2021-22 season, announced the club on 02/08/2021.

With this new agreement, staff at the Chinese facility will be trained by Wolves Academy coaches through a series of webinars. The goal is to "further improve their football know-how" and provide them "with a primary focus on improving fitness level in children".

"As part of the partnership, our brilliant Academy sport science team, led by David Morrison, will share our expertise around how we develop our elite players at Wolves, getting them to a level where they can perform against other elite players in the UK and around the world. We are excited to deliver our content over digital channels, working hard with YO·GYM to make a difference to players in China," said Joe Hunt, international project manager at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
