Premier League: Manchester City FC to open football school in Melbourne (Australia) in January 2022

Manchester City FC (Premier League) will open a football academy in Melbourne (AUS) in January 2022, announced the club on 01/08/2021. The school, launched in partnership with Parade College, a secondary school for boys whose facilities will be used by the club, is the first ever to be launched in Australia by Manchester City FC.

"Utilising the coaching philosophy and methodology of Manchester City, the Manchester City Football School will provide authentic and creative football coaching programs for their students. The football school, which will be based within Parade College's Bundoora Campus in Melbourne, will include a Manchester City coach in Melbourne, utilising the first-class facilities of Parade, which includes a FIFA accredited pitch and state of the art indoor training and conditioning facilities for students," said the Mancunian club.
