ExclusiveSponsorship: major changes among Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs for the 2021-22 season

The 2021-22 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season begins this Friday 06/08/2021 with 44 new sponsorship deals among the 20 participating clubs (as of 04/08/2021), compared to 76 over the entire 2020-21 season.

AS Monaco FC is the club that has signed the most sponsorship deals, with five new contracts. ASM has changed its main shirt sponsor, as the trading platform eToro replaces Fedcom (sulfur and fertilizers), the club's historical partner. Three other main shirt sponsor changes are to be noted for 2021-22, notably Actual (HR) which replaces Scania (Swedish lorry manufacturer) on Angers SCO's home shirt.

The off-season has been marked by many changes in sports betting partners. Winamax has returned to FC Girondins de Bordeaux as main shirt sponsor (2021-2024) for €1.4m per season. ZEbet (ZEturf) has extended its partnership with AS Saint-Étienne to also become the club's main shirt sponsor succeding Aésio mutuelle, which will however be displayed on the shorts of Les Verts.
