Covid-19/Spain: five clubs in the Valencia region support the vaccination campaign

The government of the Generalitat Valenciana (autonomous community of Valencia, ESP) has launched a campaign to promote vaccination against Covid-19, supported by five sports clubs in the region, including four LaLiga Santander clubs (Valencia CF, Villarreal CF, Elche CF and Levante Union Deportiva) as well as Valencia Basket Club (Liga Endesa), on 04/08/2021

"Players from the local sides took part in an appeal video (see below) with the motto 'There are games that are only won by teaming up.' The video shows footage of the sportsmen helping each other and concludes by thanking young people for their involvement in the vaccination drive. 'When we unite, we win' is the message for an initiative that draws a parallel between sporting achievements and those of Valencian society in its fight against the Covid-19 pandemic," said Valencia CF
