A week after Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Premier League and LaLiga resume this Friday 13/08/2021

One week after the Ligue 1 Uber Eats and eight days before the Serie A TIM, three European Top 5 leagues kick off their 2021-22 campaigns this Friday 13/08/2021.

• The new season will first kick off in Germany with Borussia Mönchengladbach - FC Bayern Munich at Borussia Park (kick-off at 20:30 CET). The 59^th edition of the Bundesliga will see the Bavarian club attempt to win a 10^th consecutive title.

• In England, the first game of the season will see promoted side Brentford take on Arsenal at Brentford Community Stadium (kick-off at 21:00 CET). This is the 30^th season of the English Premier League. Defending champions Manchester City close out the first matchday with a trip to Tottenham (Sunday 15/08/2021, kick-off at 17:30).

• Valencia CF - Getafe CF (kick-off at 21:00) will be the first match in the post-Messi era of LaLiga Santander. The 2020-21 champions, Club Atlético de Madrid, will travel to Vigo to face RC Celta on Sunday 15/08/2021 (kick-off at 17:30) just before Barça host Real Sociedad (kick-off at 20:00).
